Welcome to the Salon 94 Design 50 Armchair website. Please review the following terms that govern your purchase of products from and use of our site. Full payment acts as acknowledgment of and agreement to the terms set forth herein.

These terms shall constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all contemporaneous understandings, agreements, negotiations, representations and warranties, and communications, both written and oral. Any sale or transaction shall be governed by and shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principals, and purchaser hereby irrevocably consents to the jurisdiction of the courts in New York.

Terms of Sale
• You are purchasing the artwork(s) in “as is” condition without any representations or warranties by Gallery as to value or condition.
• The 50 Armchair is coated in red rubber polymer. The work will gain a patina over time as it is exposed to the elements. This may result in slight color variations.
• Gallery reserves the right to cancel this transaction prior to payment of the purchase price at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.
• Title does not transfer until payment is received in full and the artwork(s) is delivered to purchaser.
• Title transfer does not transfer copyright or any other non-tangible rights in the artwork(s).

Shipping
• The costs of shipping, packing, in-transit insurance, and any applicable taxes or duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.
• Salon 94 Design ships internationally. The purchaser must provide the final shipping address at the time of purchase and is responsible for any applicable sales tax
• Editions 10 - 25 of the 50 Armchair will begin shipping from New York in early May, 2025 and will take ten to fifteen business days thereafter.
• Editions 26 - 50 of the 50 Armchair will ship from London, UK mid-May, 2025 and will take ten to fifteen business days thereafter.
• No shipment or delivery will be made until full payment Is received.
• Please contact info@salon94design.com immediately after purchase should you have questions regarding your order.

Sales Tax
Sales tax may apply based on the final shipping destination and its jurisdiction (state, city, and/or county). The buyer shall be responsible for any sales and use tax due on the purchase. If buyer is exempt from sales tax for any reason buyer will provide written proof of such exemption to Gallery. If sales tax is not assessed on the purchase at the time of the billing, but is later assessed by a taxing authority, the buyer agrees to, and shall, indemnify and hold Seller harmless from and against any and all sales taxes incurred in connection with or arising out of the purchase, including without limitation any interest, fees or penalties. The buyer shall pay seller any amounts due pursuant to the preceding sentence within ten (10) days after a demand is made for such payment. For purposes of this provision, the term “sales tax” shall include state and local sales, use, VAT, excise, assessment, duties, imposts, fees or any similar charges.

You will be contacted by Salon 94 Design once your purchase is confirmed with shipping options. We ship internationally and will provide further shipping details via email within 3 business days of your purchase.

Editions 10 - 25 of the 50 Armchair will begin shipping from New York, early April, 2025.
Editions 26 - 50 of the 50 Armchair will ship from London, UK mid-April, 2025.

The 50 Armchair is coated in an red rubber polymer. Over time the work will gain a patina as it is exposed to the elements -- expect slight colour variations.

Once title is transferred, shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All sales are final once title has passed.

For out-of-state/out out-of-country shipments, purchaser agrees to reimburse Salon 94 Design LLC for any related crating, shipping and insurance charges, which will be invoiced separately and are not included in sale price. Sales taxes may apply to the purchase of works shipped outside the jurisdiction (state and/or country) of this gallery. The buyer shall be responsible for any sales tax due on the purchase. Welcome to the Salon 94 Design, LLC 60 Chairs website (Site). Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our Site. Please note that your use of our Site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms (the “Agreement").

GENERAL
We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of our Site. Your use of our Site following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed. We may change, move or delete portions of, or may add to, our Site from time to time.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Most of the Salon 94 Design, L.L.C. products displayed at the Site are available in select stores in the United States and select foreign markets while supplies last. In some cases, merchandise displayed for sale at the Site may not be available in stores. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

DELIVERY
You will be contacted by Salon 94 Design once your purchase is confirmed with shipping options. We ship internationally and will provide further shipping details via email within 3 business days of your purchase. If you still have not been in touch with our shipping team 5 days after purchasing, please notify info@salon94design.com. We are not responsible for lost or stollen packages. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and valid address for delivery.

PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES
All prices include charges for shipping and handling or taxes, if delivered to customers within the United States. For customers outside the United States, additional charges may apply. Please email info@salon94design.com if this is the case.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Although availability may be indicated on the Site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, nonetheless, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order. If there is any revision, discontinuance, or cessation, we may, in our discretion, ship products which have substantially similar functionality and specifications to the products ordered or cancel your order.

RETURN POLICY
No refunds or cancellations accepted. All sales are final. We require that customers notify Salon 94 Design, LLC. (info@salon94design.com) of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.

COLORS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear at the Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of New York, Kings County.

TERMINATION
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Salon 94 Design, L.L.C. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Salon 94 Design, L.L.C. also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in Salon 94 Design, L.L.C. sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or Salon 94 Design, L.L.C., you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
